Description
This (Spanish American War) 2nd Corps badge was made after the Spanish American War for a veteran of the 15th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry. The gilt brass badge has the unit designation on the pin brooch, and the date the regiment was mustered into federal service.
2.5 inches high. No maker hallmark.
This is another regiment that was mustered in to federal service but not sent out of the country. Ordered to take part in the Peace Jubilee in the later part of 1898. Mustered out in 1899.
