88th ID – 339th Field Artillery Bn DUI, hallmarked “S. JOHNSON / MILANO.” Pin back with open looped catch. Design is buffalo coming towards you in bas- relief.
30mm high.
Very good- fine condition. NOTE. I have three of these that came together, I have photographed the mid conditioned one. The first to sell is the best showing a bit more luster in the relief, the lesser of the three shows a bit more wear, but nearly identical to the 2nd. All great examples.
