Description

Bailey, Banks, & Biddle (Philadelphia),  258th Field Artillery Regiment collar insignia worn by officers in the early 1920’s, as part of the coastal defense at New York (Fort’s Hamilton and Totten, etc.). Pin back with open catch, the earlier style with open catch. Applied to the bottom of the insignia is a federal shield indicating this officer was the adjutant of the regiment.

Great polished finish in its aged bronze patina, and a large amount of original Blueish/bronze finish remain on the reverse.

43mm wide.
