Wrought iron bar stock, nearly a 1/4 inch thick, and pounded together and formed on the open end into a screwdriver head. Ideal for musket lock screws, and other screws on weapons. I assume it could have other uses beside military, but a gun tool makes the most sense. Circa late 18th – early 19th century.
2 5/8 inches long. No markings.
