CDV – Cavalry General Judson Kilpatrick.
Judson Kilpatrick was a graduate of the USMA, and early in the war was colonel of the 2nd New York Cavalry, and was a well known cavalry leader during the war. His nickname was “Kilcavalry” for his over aggressive movements and tactics that hurt his own troops.
