Description
This camp scene is “supposedly in assoc. with 14th NYVI Group,” as written on the reverse by Mike after purchasing this image on eBay in 2007.
I see what looks like frock coat, state jackets (one man with arm cocked (5 from left) appears to have the shoulder tabs similar to that found on NY state uniform jackets. Mostly the group seems to be federalizes as to dress and equipage. A possible mist in the background almost obliterates the leaf and branches adorning the company gate.
Some stains, and fading, but a nice image.
