CDV – General Winfield Scott – Early Commander of the Union Army

CDV – General Winfield Scott – Early Commander of the Union Army (1786- 1866).  A general in the War of 1812, early Indian Wars, Mexican War, and commanded the Union Army from 1841 t0 1861. Retired to and died at West Point in 1866 at 79 years of age.  Nice image of Scott in full dress with his sword.
