Civil War Staff Colonels Shoulder Straps

Civil War Staff Colonels Shoulder Straps.  A smaller size being 3 5/8 x 1 1/2 inches.  Double bordered with twisted gilt wire on the inner perimeter. The silver wire bullion & sequins are used for the colonels eagles on black felt.  All of this was laid down on dark blue wool, now a plum brown color.  Unlined undersides.  One only retains 3 of the 4 tie strings which held the straps on uniform.
