Early 19th Century Barrel Wiping Rod For A Cased Pistol, made of walnut with an octagonal shaped tip. The rod section is just under 9.5 inches long and covered in a course orange-red wool.

It is a tight fit for .50 caliber.  Nice addition to a dueling set of pistols.
