Gentleman’s Traveling Cased Tumbler & Liquor Set – Later 19th Century. Two quality items and or necessities for gentlemen on the move. The larger set is identified to a “G.A.S,” stamped on the leather lid, and on the tops of the nickel plated glass/lids. It is 7 inches high, and complete. Leather shows wear and some staining. I do not know who the owner was.

The small leather covered tumbler is not identified as well, and is 3.5 inches high. The glass is in fine condition and the leather is very good +.

A nice set of traveling items for not only the gentlemen, but officers of any branch of service, U.S. or British. Seen in catalogs from the late 1880s- through the turn of the century.
