Description

This variant of the 1st Army Railway Artillery Reserve patch has the typical hexagonal shape, but uses a solid red overlay with cut-out Oozlefinch bird in bullion below.  The Oozlefinch was the mascot from before WWI, and used again in WWI by the 30th Artillery Brigade, which most comprised units attached to the Artillery Reverse.

3 inches high.

Condition is excellent.
