Description
our RED ARMY ally, War Department Pamphlet No.21- 30, GPO, 1945. 77 pages profusely illustrated, with many in color showing uniforms, arms, equipment, insignia, ranks, etc. This was probably produced clearly just after the American and Soviet Armies meet up at the Elbe River. This booklet was produced only for the use of US personnel in contact with Soviet forces only.
Inside cover has stamp for the 851st Engineer Aviation Bn, received on 29 August, 1945.
Pocket sized.
Very good condition, only the staples have rusted enough to cause separation of text from covers.
