Real Photo Post Card Of General J.A. LeJeune & 8×10 Portrait Photo.  The RPPC was taken in Germany during WWI.  He is standing outside of his staff car with other military and civilian on-lookers.  Captioned in pencil on the back, “Driving the General’s / Ralph Merchouse,” and “U.S.M.C. Germany.”  Circa 1919.

The 8×10 glossy is an Army photo from WWI, reissued for publication after the war.  A nice companion set of Major General LeJeune, commander of all US Marines in the World War, attached to the Army’s 2nd Division.
