This carte de visite is of Washington’s late-war headquarters in Newburgh, NY but at a view that is rarely seen. The uncommon view shows the Hasbrouck House from a different angle with field pieces in the yard in front of it.
The CDV is in Fine condition with light fading, foxing, but a sharp, clean image. Very minor wear to the edges and corners.
