Not having to critique any part of this bandolier, condition is Mint minus 2%.
Not much difference from the 1917 model which are usually marked by either Mills or Russell. This one is different in how the belt sections with rifle pouches is joined at a greater angle than the ’17 model at the center section that hold pistol ammo. No markings other than the patent markings on the inside of the snaps. Made to accept rifle and pistol cartridges.
All the lift the dot snaps are functional. Finish on metal parts is like new. Web is same with just someones light initials written on the inside of the bandolier.
A choice example for this WWI cavalry accoutrement.
