CDV – Staff Officer Armed With Field & Staff Sword.
Either a major or lt. colonel, this staff officers poses in his full dress uniform, wearing shoulder straps over the epaulets in the pre-war style. He cradles an F & S sword in his arm, with his forage cap with insignia, rests beside him on the column.
