CDV – “Soldiers Hospital Elmira NY.” Confederate POW Camp, as identified in period ink on the reverse of this image.
There are a number of soldier patients, and or hospital staff standing on the porch for the photographers (most likely Moulton & Larkin, Elmira, New York, who took the other photos of the camp listed elsewhere.
