1880’s ARTILLERY SERGEANT’S OVERCOAT & CAPE – ALL ORIGINAL SOLD

An original 1880’s Artillery Sergeant’s Overcoat & Cape.

Showing moth holes here and there, on both the coat and cape. Easily repairable, since they are small. Showing staining / spots on the cape too.  Wear showing inside with threads showing on inside seams.

Well used coat, showing typical use and wear.

All buttons are present.

1872 Pattern Chevrons are sewn on the lower sleeves, so they are visible under the cape.

Sqt’s initials on right shoulder lining.

The two last photos show a tear on right front side near arm, with the interior repair on the inside of the lining.
