Made in the Philippines by Adolfo Roenschyc.a, MANILA E ILOILO” on printed silk labels applied to each on of the tabs. The rank bars are silver bullion, and the well crafted bullion federal eagles in gold.
Each tab has an inner stiffener and covered in a fine quality red wool. Both of the tabs exhibit the visitation of moths, but this is easy remedy. Black japanned spring locking hooks are marked “Nicholls.”
These will look better restored, but still have a fine look as they are. The buttons are not the originals, just general service patterns for show.
