WWII Coast Artillery Portland Harbor Defenses, 1941 Service Dress Uniform. Technical Sergeant 3rd Grade Chevrons on the sleeves with Eastern Defense Command Patches- Casement Electrician, and one service stripe (at least three years). There is a Ruptured duck(poorly manufactured) over the right breast, U.S. and Coast Artillery collar discs as well as DUI’s on the lapels. Inside, on the lining, there is an ID “Charles E. Couch” with his service number. There was no contract label or tailor label, no size. It measures approx. as a size 36/38.
In overall very good condition. The elastics on the inside show a bit of wear/loose stitches, a few tiny moth holes.
