General Orders No. 152, Headquarters Dept. of Louisiana, dated October 6, 1865. By direction of the President, Assistant Surgeon Charles B. Chapman, 6th Kentucky Cavalry was dishonorably dismissed from the service for neglect of duty. He was to receive no final payments. (See photo for more information).
