Description
WWII Cigarette Case with Parachutes and Italian National crest. Fine rendition of embossed art, from the prospective of looking skyward, as paratroops jump from plane, as chutes are opening; this work is repeated on the reverse. Unfortunately I have no history on this piece, but either captured or given to an American G.I.
Maker marked “Trade Mark” with a windmill between the words.
Very good condition; scuffing and blemishing, denting to both sides.
The clasp closes nicely.
Residue inside from a sticker possibly?
