U.S. Navy Full Dress Belt Plate – One Piece -Shannon Miller & Crane, using fine gilt fine with this firm’s name on the back of the buckle. Shannon, Miller & Crane went out of business in 1901, so I am assuming this commercial type plate is very early 1900’s.

A fine looking plate made for the narrow blue and gilt woven belt.
