Taken at what appears to be a Western fort with post building in the background.

Description
US Cavalry Formed for Inspection- Snap Shot Taken in 1893. This small, trimmed albumen snap shot is hard to make out, but with a little help, it improves enough to have some interest with cavalry collectors.
The caption on the back reads, “owing to a thunderstorm, there was not enough light to get any result, With A. Bruce- Joy’s Compliments July 1893.”
The image appears to be taken at a western army post, but not recognizable to me. The men are wearing either 5 button blouses with attached white collars, or their dress coats (obviously too hot in July to wear dress helmets), forage caps.
